Sign in, open My Account, choose Security, then select Delete Account. Confirm with your password and the login shown on screen.
This is the public web deletion path for people who no longer have the Sakuro app installed.
Delete through the app
Open Profile, choose Delete Account, type DELETE, and confirm your identity with your current password or the available verified sign-in method.
If you cannot sign in through either path, contact support from the address connected to the account so the team can explain the identity-verification step.
Never send your password, OTP, payment PIN, eSIM QR code, or VPN configuration in an email or support message.
What happens to your information
Deletion immediately prevents further login, revokes active app sessions and access tokens, and disables associated VPN access. The system then queues the account and contact for deletion.
If an order, invoice, payment, security, fraud-prevention, tax, or regulatory obligation prevents a linked record from being erased, Sakuro retains only the information it is required or legitimately permitted to keep. The closed account remains unavailable for normal login or reuse.
