Services and availability
Internet, eSIM and VPN availability can depend on country, provider, device, coverage, network conditions and technical requirements. The final plan description shown before purchase forms part of the applicable order.
We may maintain, improve, suspend or retire a service when reasonably necessary, including for security, law, provider availability or technical reliability.
Prices, payments and refunds
Prices, currency, taxes, validity and included allowances are shown before confirmation. You authorize the displayed charge when you complete a purchase. A refund or cancellation depends on the purchased service, whether delivery or activation has started, and any mandatory consumer rights that apply.
Contact support with the order reference if a service was not delivered as described. A separate refund page will be published when the approved commercial rules are finalized.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse a service, interfere with networks, bypass access controls, distribute malware, commit fraud, infringe rights, or use connectivity for unlawful activity. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, systems or legal compliance.
Responsibility and changes
We aim to describe and deliver services accurately. Third-party networks and providers remain responsible for infrastructure they operate. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We may update these terms when services, providers or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the current version; material changes will be communicated where reasonably required.
